Don_Kiddick Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 One often hears in the news that some depressed (American) teenager has blown their brians out listening to some thrash metal band backwards Duurrrr But - is there a particular song that really turns your day into night? I think for me it would have to be the track Sabbath Bloody Sabbath ... BY... Black Sabbath
DIVA Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 After seeing and hearing this on Saturday, I felt like blowing my brains out. Is that the same thing? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k7nOggnodGw I think we should substitute this year's eurovision entry for it.
Sultana Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 Road to Hell by Chris Rhea - I can't listen to that.
igm1 Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 Exit Music (For a Film) by Radiohead I love the band, but this song it pretty depressing.
Rich Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 Amazing Grace - sung by anybody but especially Judy Collins or the late Sir Harry Secombe, we get it requested at work quite a bit by older patients, and I just can't listen to it without being almost reduced to tears because it reminds me so much of my late Grandad's funeral just over 10 years ago.
Merry_Legs Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 Deep in the Woods by The Birthday Party. Played really loud.
leviathan13 Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 Anything by "Laughin'" Leonard Cohen. Well, except First We Take Manhattan.
Funky_Gibbon Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 95% of popular music. ...oh God it's happened. I've turned into my Dad!
