Jabberwocky Posted March 14, 2008 Author Posted March 14, 2008 It's only the same as the "science" in the make-up adverts.... 'With active something or other' 'contains super dooper lipids' etc. Do ladies really go for all that bolx? Thats exactly what I was trying to get across in my first post! These psuedo-scientific names for ..... god knows what!
retep Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 I look at the stuff as possible factory waste from some other product that would cost money to get shut of, put it in small polluting plastic bottles and sell it at a high price to the gullible populace, job done.
Mathom Posted March 14, 2008 Posted March 14, 2008 My dad takes them and reckons they work. However, bear in mind he believes in aliens, has no prostrate, no gall bladder and had septic bowels a couple of years ago because he had a hole in them and poo was seeping into his bloodstream. He also had Norovirus five times in a row. I think anything would make a difference on a stomach like that I cannot go near these Yakult things... make me want to
Emanon Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 When I was a kid away at summer camp in the states the washroom facilities were called the "Biffy". I was told it was german for toilet or bathroom. With this in mind, does "Biffidus Regularis" just mean going to the bathroom regularly?

Yes, that's what its supposed to do, but its killed long before it gets to the intestine.
