Based on that BBC calculator for the joint income of me/partner...

 

£150 ish better off because of income tax/NI changes apparently. So lets say £75 each over the year...

 

Wont be noticed, but at least its better off rather than worse off :)

£62 better off apparently.

 

I thought they'd increased the tax on cigs and beer though? If they did it wasn't reflected in this calculator.

Apparently we are going to be £1261.80 better off. Yeah right.

I don't work, but the other half does, he earns about 21k, and we have 2 kids. Cant see it myself.

According to that I am going to be £789 a year better off so I suppose that will just about cover petrol price increase and the end of my fixed rate mortgage.
