instead of 5 pints of stella drink 6 pints of weaker larger. you get the same alcohol overall so just as pished but the 6 pints has more water thus helping prevent a hangover caused by dehydration.

 

Someones done the maths...although i can see the logic!

Try to drink a pint of milk before you go to bed

 

you basically feel crap because of dehydration and the fact that alcohol is acidic

 

The dehydration makes your brain swell up which causes you a headache

 

Because of all the acid in you, you crave kebab/pizza etc as these are alkaline based - sumert to do wi levelling up the ph scale ( I got a c at science so dont quote me)

 

The milk will re-hydrate you and the alkaline should steady up the acid swilling around in your stomach
