If you 'found' £100 in cash what would you do?

It has actually happened to me, and the police took my name and address 'in case no-one claims it then we'll return it to you...'

Never saw hide nor hair of it again, surprisingly.

Did I do the right thing? I was only a youngster and going through a righteous phase.

I have found a purse with over £200 in before .... it also had a pensioners bus pass so i did the decent thing and took it back to her house, she didnt even know it was missing and gave me some polos for a reward .... however if i ound a bundle of cash with no identifacation attached, then yes, i would keep it:hihi:

I'd be sorely tempted to keep it, but I doubt my concience would let me. So I'd call in the nearest cop shop, which would probably be West Bar round here, Snig Hill isn't open for public enquiries apparently, and hand it in, me being such a good citizen and all!

Ask surrounding people and likely people to have lost it in the area, possibly post on the forum then if to no avail; give a portion to charity a portion for what I need and a portion on gettin blasted!
