depends what the walls are like.

is it a skim over existing plaster?

is the room bare brick?

does it need to be boarded?

and then there is the size. my average and your average will be 2 totally different things.

Skim over existing plaster. Doesnt need boarding or anything. Its really just to neaten things up for painting

I have several rooms that need doing. 1 is 16' x 15', another 11' x 7' and another at 14' x 11' so quite a range really

I'd contact Rudi who is a user on the forum and has been recommended a lot by other forum users.

I think his prices are very competetive.

Thanks Wallbuilder, have done now x

3 to 4 sounds like it's in the right area.

I've had rooms done between £200 for a small room skim only, upto £500 for a 4m*4m living room including some boarding and the ceiling.

I normally do all the prep myself though, so they can generally just walk in and start boarding/skimming, not stripping and preparing.
