medusa Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 The easy answer to this is to get your girly cat spayed- that's what they're there for. It's likely that these are stray or feral toms. You could also contact your local Cats Protection to borrow a trap to get these cats trapped and neutered and asking Phil at the South Yorkshire Animal Rescue shop if he knows where these cats live, since he's very well connected in the local cat world.
Lotti Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Nothing you can do other than get her spayed or get all three of them castrated by CPL, then wait for other toms to come instead. (And get in big trouble with the owners if they have any!)
BlackVelvet Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 very little you can do to keep the resident strays away. you seriously need to consider neutering your female (whom Im noting from another thread has had at least two litters of kittens already and you have said one of these toms has been in your house, so potentially a third litter on the way) If you have your female done, that should solve the problem and the toms will turn their attentions elsewhere. Also be aware such ferel toms could be harboring FL and FIV: Both killer diseases
