Winkworth or Haybrook?

Recommended Posts

Hi

Has anyone recently used Winkworth or Haybrook estate agents to sell a house?

They've both been round, valued it at the same, the packages and fees seem very similar.

Can anyone recommend or warn against either?

I want to decide over the weekend and get the house on the market next week.

:huh::huh:

We're on with Winkworths at the moment, and no problems as yet, although it's still early days for there to be any problems. Dunno about Haybrooks, but they seem to have the lion share of signs up in the Crookes area?? Sorry if that's of no assistance. If you do a search on "Winkworths" on here, it'll bring you some replies back. :)

Haybrooks are generally good. Best thing to do is go and see the actual office staff who would be dealing with you and your potential purchasers on a day to day basis. See if you like them / theyre any good. You can suss them out on the sly or introduce yourself. Either company is only as good as the person actually handling your case.
