Beakerzoid   10 #6054 Posted March 16, 2012 Meh, I was nearly right.  It was a close guess  I love that film. One of the first ones I saw with my wife, right after we started dating. Early appearance by Jack Black in the film.
 Share this content via...

tinfoilhat   11 #6056 Posted March 17, 2012 Fast five. Not the racing sort of thing so beloved of owners 1L corsas with booming exhausts but a completely implausible heist film that makes transformers look like a documentary. The fact it's got the rock and vin diesel in it tells you all you need to know, but the story and script in general is so daft it's hard to take it seriously. 4.5/
 Share this content via...

tinfoilhat   11 #6058 Posted March 18, 2012 The rite. Anthony Hopkins single handedly carries a rather slow version of exorcist-lite. Set in Rome and had some very slow periods in it (all the films Ive seen set in Italy have slow bits in it ? Why is that ?). Rest of the cast were fairly anonymous but the story, bar the odd plot hole, was ok. My fellow viewers thought it wasn't scary enough but I thought it worked in a understated sort of way. Take Hopkins out and it would have struggled. 6.5/10, Hopkins getting 4 of them.
 Share this content via...
