Miss_S_83 Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 Hi there, I have downloaded some music but get the following message when trying to play it with WMP... Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file. Any ideas to help me?
Bikertec Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 It might be a silly question but have you unzipped it.

neeeeeeeeeek Posted March 3, 2008 Posted March 3, 2008 What is the file extension? is is trackname.mp3 ir trackname.flac or trackname.zip?? (obviously track name arre the songs) Flac is lossless so better quality than MP3 but windows media player does not recognise the files as standard. If it's none of those then what are the letters ??
