Have any off you ever been ripped off on ebay?i paid round £150 for a phone and it never came its been over a month n dont know what to do,

if you have been ripped off for a large amount off money what did you do and did they ever get in trouble for it?

You can claim via Paypal...did you use Paypal to pay for it?

We paid by paypal for an £185 item off ebay, it was never sent to us, we claimed it back through paypal it took about 14 days to receive it, annoying thing was the seller had the cheek to leave us negative feedback saying we had not given him time to trace the item, we waited 5wks for it to arrive, sent numerous emails which were never answered, if we had left it any longer we wouldn't have been able to claim it back, his own negative feedback has since shot up, all with not received item & paid for & he has left all them negative feedback aswell

yeh i paid via paypal.but when i phone them up, because he dident reg his bank account he used a fake home address

another problem is that he withdrew his funds then closed this paypal account and ebay,ive been on the phone to paypal for anhour..lol

I am sick of E-bay and have stopped using it. I bought something of small value and the seller fobbed me off for a while until it was too late to complain. You can only create a dispute if you challenge the sale within 30 days or something. After that you have basically had it. I never recieved the item and never will. I get no answer to my enquiries or e-mails and Paypal or Ebay ( basically the same bunch of crooks ) have no procedure to do anything about it.
