Marijuana - How Has It Affected You?

People say smoking too much marijuana can cause memory loss but I don't think...er...um....sorry, what were we talking about?

 

This is possibly what happened to me then ... passive smoking of marijuana, the trouble is I cannot remember

I had a friend who smoked alot of pot back home and he had a nervous breakdown. I am pretty sure the pot played a part because his personality had changed and he was very paranoid and had mood swings. I believe the pot played a part because he was still smoking it. As other people have said I would go and see a Doctor if you are worried about the smoking, I'd hate for somebody else to get as bad as my friend did!

No advice on quitting as its out of my range of experience, but I would like to say well done for facing up to yourself Conspirator, that is a big part of getting back on track.

There are so many people on here in denial about the effects of smoking that they absolutely defy reason.

would just like to say there are many people who smoke now and then who enjoy it and it has no serious side effects. its like everything, fine in moderation.

yeah, well done conspiritor for facing facts and wanting help. It is easy to say that it doesnt harm you in small doses, but you've proven that small doses lead to larger doses, and then onto a dangreous and sad path that leaves you feeling terrible. Im sure there must be some form of help out there for you, you know people that can help you through this.

No seriously, I think as with most things, drugs can affect different people in different ways; for myself, I'm pretty much anti-drugs. That said, I wouldn't force my own view point on others, it's their call.

 

I've recently posted some of my experiences (from earlier life) on another forum, regarding my own experiences, what that stuff opened me up too, I'd be happy to point you to them.

The problem is though preacher that the person smoking it is totally unaware of the affects on them. I have seen it affect people the same way in people who smoke it all the time and moderatly just at a more extreme level.
