Am relieved the saga is over, and grateful to them for paying up. Guess it's just a small, slightly disorganised company, but they're decent at heart! petertwisty   10 #14 Posted February 18, 2009 I regret to say I have had a similar experience with Big City Digital.  Quick and efficient delivery but an almost complete absence of communication when a problem occurred with the camera supplied. Emails went unanswered and phone line constantly engaged. Not helped by seller taking a week to collect returned camera from Royal Mail.  Unable to replace so refund provided.
