angelnova   10 #19 Posted January 19, 2005 Hello! There are also classes at Max Fitness Gym at Bole Hill Road School in Walkely - it's the number 95 bus from town and the bus stops just outside. Classes are held on Monday and Wednesday - 7 till 8 on Wed for beginners, but call to see what else there is! classes don't start again till w/c 25 Jan and they're pretty busy, but hey! the more the merrier - it's great fun! Spital hill, The door with a rainbow on it. some is done at his centre, along with tai chi and meditation and other stuff.
