Yes, I split them up to try and make them clearer. Sorry my fault.

Don't apologise to Basil, sort it out with God! Messing with the word of the lord - is that number 14?

Oh, I'm wicked. :)

But my heart is in the right place (I think). :D

Slickwich and Basil...do you always come as a duo-or can you operate independently from each other?

I know, it's costing me a fortune. Have you thought about introducing a monthly tariff?

metaphoria is gently pointing out that this is a serious thread and you should only be expressing your views on atheism/humanism! Honestly Basil, what have I told you?

I generally see myself as an agnostic but then when I do things that are quite clearly mean and wrong I'm not sure who I should be feeling repentant to. Then I tend towards atheism where I know that I must be my own moral corrector. Are Atheism and Humanism exclusive things really? Surely some atheists also have humanist principles as self-guidance?

I believe in God, but I think how you live your life, and how you treat other people has more spiritual significance than what a person claims to believe in. Kindness is most important, I think. Humanist/Atheist...these are just words, and people can change their minds about these things.
