Jason84 Posted February 21, 2008 Posted February 21, 2008 Just saw the huge Stonewall poster on Glossop Road on my way home, if you haven't seen it, its just big writing on a red background saying "Some people are gay. Get over it". Other than making me smile because of it's genius lack of tact, it made me wonder whether homophobia's much of a problem in sheffield, or if it's just a national campaign. I can't say I've seen much homophobia around, but that's probably on account of me not being gay, but basically, any opinions?
Jason84 Posted February 21, 2008 Author Posted February 21, 2008 If that billboards old, then my eyesight must be going. Which would also be gay.
Chopsie Posted February 21, 2008 Posted February 21, 2008 There was a thread about this earlier this week if you do a search
Don_Kiddick Posted February 21, 2008 Posted February 21, 2008 Sounds more like some people just have a chip on their shoulder about it & like to flaunt it to ellicit a reaction. Course we know some people are gay, we just down want them ramming it down our throats....
