waterguard   10 #1 Posted February 21, 2008 I am wondering if any other companies who use telewest/virgin are currently having issues with regards their email systems?  It has been a week that we have been unable to send out emails, which isnt good for business. I have contacted our host, fast2host, and telewest/virgin and been told our ip has been blocked and there is nothing that can be done.  I was wondering what solutions any other companies that have suffered from this have come up with to get their emails working again? richard   10 #2 Posted February 21, 2008 Telewest/Virgin should tell you why your IP has been blocked and how it can be unblocked. If you can't get this information you should swap to another provider. virtualnames.co.uk (despite their hideous website) have been good and cheap for me.
