baz52 Â Â 10 #1 Posted February 14, 2008 A friend of mine is rying to find any details of someone (possibly called Hewitt) who was known as The Hallamshire Bee Keeper. He was reputedly instrumental in getting rid of the "Privies" in Sheffield and had a large field of beehives, possibly in Totley around 1890. Any information would be much appreciated.
