It's OK, it varies from awful to extremely good throughout, it seems as though 2 different writers are taking turns to write chapters.

Jeff Lindsay - Dexter in the Dark

 

Not anywhere near as good as the first two books. Takes a turn towards the more supernatural, which doesn't seem to fit in with the feel of the other books... not sure what to make of it all to be honest. It's taking me a whole lot longer to read as well.

I am half way through Joe Abercrombie's First Law Trilogy (finished The Blade Itself and in the middle of Before They Are Hanged) - not bad so far. Has kept me far more interested than some of the fantasy stuff i've read recently....!
