shaqmeister   10 #1 Posted December 28, 2007 I've read a couple of posts on the Forum already about the vandalism and removal of the Harry Brearley Sundial in Attercliffe, behind the Don Valley Stadium. If you go to where it was today it makes for a sorry sight - just the wrecked platform on which it once stood.  What I can't find out is where it went, or what happened to it.  The sundial was very important to me because it marked the spot where I once went on a sunny but cold December day to slip a ring onto my then girlfriend's finger and ask her to marry me.  If anybody knows anything of its fate, I'd love to hear from you.
