Is Thorsby market open every Sunday and if so how do I get there?

Its Thoresby, and I believe its open every Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday until Christmas.

Think you need your own transport. The good lady and I have looked into getting there by public transport, but it's a non-starter.

You will struggle without transport, basically go towards Worksop on A57 follow signs to Clumber Park/Thoresby Hall go past Clumber Park entrance and then its signposted.

Alternative route (depending where in Sheffield you're starting); A6135 towards M1 junction 30, then A616 which takes you straight to the entrance.

Use googlemaps or multimap and type in Thoresby. Then use a car.

 

As already said I think public transport is not the best for getting there if at all.
