Tarquin   10 #1 Posted November 19, 2007 Ok, I've tried a few different diets to get the weight off(exercise etc, etc)( a couple of stone is what I want to loose) & have come across this so called Cabbage diet but its rather BLAND. Can anybody think of something to spruce this concoction up a bit to stop it being so vile & disgusting.
 Share this content via...

Rather than capable of being Spruced up, I think it's developed a permanent droop. I think it's too vile and disgusting for redemption.  StarSparkle
 Share this content via...
mojo1 Â Â 10 #3 Posted November 19, 2007 Apart from the fact that it will cause rapid weight loss which is likely to cause rapid weight gain when you have finished, it's just plain unhealthy. You need a balanced diet in order for your body to function. As if that wasn't enough after a few days you will start to smell of cabbage.
