Ilkley, harrogate, York etc.  I agree the food and service is very good but still think you pay a premium for the name. I think you can get as good, or almost as good for a lot less. I think you can get as good, or almost as good for a lot less.  All the tea shops in town closed down because no one went to them.  I think people would pay a premium for a well know quality product.
