I kept "Preserve Speech Quality"

4.2 - London

4.2 - Boston

3.9 - Helsinki

4.2 - Montreal

4.0 - San Jose

3.8 - Sydney

4.3 - Vienna

I just got 1.8 testing from BOSTON

 

Then i tried Sydney and got 4.2 and 4.4 from london

 

Maybe those servers have better response time who knows...... (I had "Preserve Speech Quality" selected for all)

 

 

I have no idea how this thing works
