Mosherchik Posted January 11, 2005 Posted January 11, 2005 Snooty slappers that patrol dressing rooms and look you up and down with a deep look of contempt as if to say, you are not worthy or attractive enough to wear these clothes, go to the fruit and veg stall and see if they can spare you a hessian potato sack instead. This could however be deep rooted paranoia
NatalieSheff Posted January 11, 2005 Posted January 11, 2005 this is a pet hate of my mum too, shes 50 and size 16 and it annoys her when you go in shops and the assistant is size 6 and 16. the good things about evans, is you haveto be 25. maybe they have some sort of positive discrimination when they employ? i detest bra shoppin, shes nice in debenhams down the moor though. very helpful
Swan_Vesta Posted January 11, 2005 Posted January 11, 2005 I dislike: The idiots who congregate in busy shop doorways and talk the hind legs of a donkey with their equally inconsiderate friends - Can they not see they're causing an obstruction? People who stop suddenly and then expect the tide of people to flow around them while they gawp at whatever tat is cluttering the shop People who start to walk on the opposite side to me and then drift over to my side. - Next christmas ask for a sense of direction! People who use their pushchairs/trolleys/shopping baskets as offensive weapons - Contrary to popular belief, my legs actually have nerve endings. Rant over............ on the odd accasion I do go shopping, I'd just once like to do it without stress levels going through the roof.
