Hmm, maybe geoff could interview some of the local chippie owners, and taste their fish and chips, and see which is the best chippie in sheffield...

 

(*note: members of the sheffield forum will not pay for membership to a gym for geoff when he eats too many F&C's :lol: )

Marishells in Ecclesfield is a great little chippy, the nice lady who owns it often chucks in an extra piece of fish and some chips when i go in there :lol:

'Queenies'? ..There's still a chippe on HartleyBrook Road but to be honest their chips are *£!% ....one I use is Norwood Fish Bar on Herries Road ....Yummmmmmmie!! :D

Valley Rd Chippie Nr Meersbrook Park used to be the tops, think it is till the same owners.

That Chippie used to be called Geoffs who is the same person who owns the Abbey Friars on Abbeydale Road. I think he sold that one on Herries road. The Norwood chippie is ok sometimes but I have been past sometimes and there is an awful smell that put me off even buying any.
