Does anyone know what's planned for the old Brincliffe Oaks pub?

Recommended Posts

Hiya

I am thinking about buying a property in the flats on Nether Edge Road - the back of which overlooks the now closed Blincliffe Oaks pub.

I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about what is to be done with the site? Might be an expensive mistake to end up next to a building site :(

Well there's a lot of work going on at the place since last Thursday / Friday.

There's builders there and they've already cut a tree down. They were on the roof of the old toilet block earlier.

Hmmmm

I hope it's a nice pub with real ale and good food like the broadfield has! With a big beer garden for summer! Would be successful
