This has been discussed many times. As you well know the brits in Spain are largely law abiding retired brits who bring their pensions into the country. They don't claim from the Spanish welfare system, they don't ask for positive discrimination, they don't convert Spanish churches into mosques, or demand their own faith schools at spanish tax payer's expense and they don't mug Spanish people, sell them drugs or groom their children and put their women on the game.

 

That said yes they should learn Spanish.

 

Or and i nearly forgot, the english in Spain don't carry out bombings and use the country as an international terrorist base.

I don't know anything about it, so i can't answer. Is it something in conjunction with Croatian nationalists? bUt he did learn welsh when he moved to Wales and his daughter even presented a BNP election broadcast in fluent Welsh.

We're talking about the difference between the ex pat brit community and the ex pat or indeed the muslims issued from immigration in britain, who use our universities to recruit for jihad against us, who are constantly plotting bombing campaigns against us like the one that killed 52 people in london and generally use our generous asylum system to make monkeys out of us, regarding Britain as a gift from Allah and a safe base from which to plan global jihad. What other country gives asylum to terrorists wanted in their own countries so they can make war against their host country???

 

and I'm very sure unlike the brits in Spain they certainly don't go back to muslim countries for healthcare operations.

 

If the Spanish secret services identified 4000-8000 ex pat brits who were planning bombing campaigns in Spain i think their attitude to the ex pat brit community would drastically harden don't you?
