You can then change your email and reply-to addresses.  DaBouncer, Phanerothyme is spot on. However, make sure you do a couple of tests to and from your new email address to some other account (Hotmail, AOL or whatever you normally use) as some ISPs (I think btopenworld is one) won't let you send emails from any other domain except theirs! (There are ways round this though. For example, I think you can call BT and get them to add your domain as an "allowed" domain on their SMTP servers.)
