Shef_Fitness   10 #3 Posted November 2, 2009 where about in woodseats and hunters bar pls    Hunters Bar St Williams Church 847 Ecclesall Road (next to Somerfield .....or.....opposite Napoleans Casino) Hunters Bar Sheffield S11 8TL  Tuesday at 7.30pm.   Unfortunatly despite sending out the same amount of leaflets in both areas, Hunters Bar generated interest, and when I sent out leaflets to the Sheffield 7 area, it generated no interest, and so unfortunatly could not continue to run the class.  Good atmosphere at Hunters Bar and good mix of people, if you plan to come let me know so I can be sure I have enough equipment for all to use. Shef_Fitness   10 #5 Posted December 12, 2009 (edited) There are now 2 sessions at High Green.  Class 1 - 6.45pm Class 2 - 7.45pm  This Mondays session will be the last one for this year (14th December) then I will be on Holidays.  Both classes will resume on the 4th January.  We will be doing Fitness Tests on the 1st week back and we will repeat these every 4 weeks. Each class member will have their progress tracked and results emailed via an exel attachment. As the weeks go by class members will see an improvement.  If your new years resolution is to get fit, lose weight and tone up, If you are prepared to train hard once a week, then this class will help you achieve those goals Edited December 12, 2009 by Shef_Fitness
 Share this content via...
Zomba_Bomba   10 #6 Posted January 6, 2010 I have attended the class at High Green for a couple of times, and it is a refreshing change from the normal run of the mill classes I have attended in the past in gyms.  The class is varied each week and I feel I am really seeing an increase in my fitness despite only attended a handful of times. Accepted, the class is not the easiest class however it is ran in such as way that all can benefit, and is certanly not intimidating the atmosphere is always good  If you live in this area, these classes are great value, varied and appear to be very effective. Its also far cheaper than my past Gym Memberships, so highly recommeded
 Share this content via...
