hitch_1980   10 #1 Posted October 23, 2012 Hello  Every year the St Andrews Scouts put on an amazing firework display for free (donations are welcome of course). This years event is on Sat the 3rd Nov, and it would be great to see as many of you there as possible. It is a very popular event, with a very large crowd.  Schedule:-  Food and entertainments from 5pm Bonfire lit at 6pm Fireworks begin at 6.45pm.  I propose we meet at 5.45 to the right of the large white food marque. Usually we hang around after keeping warm and watching the fire, and then we can head to the local pub after if people want too.  If you are interested in meeting up, put your name below, so we can look out for you.  Map Directions: S11 9BZ (generally follow the people to the fire)  See you there
 Share this content via...

goblinhairdo   10 #4 Posted October 28, 2012 Hi  In the past I remember seeing the scout group asking for donations of wood for their bonfire - haven't seen any this year and have a good few car loads of wood which I could bring along. Any idea who I need to contact to see if this would be welcome?  Many thanks for your help
 Share this content via...

Snowbird78 Â Â 10 #10 Posted November 3, 2012 Just returned from Chelsea Park and what an amazing firework display. Who ever organised it, we'll done. The fireworks were great. Intact I would say that they were better than the 2011 world fireworks championships in Blackpool. Well done xxx
 Share this content via...
