Hogs head hotel .awsworth. nottingham

just had a short stay at the hogs head,brilliant could not fault it a small room but spotless, warm good hot shower and the food in the bar good old fashioned grub at agood price ,ie roast dinner £5 . the staff all with a smile and time for a chat and soft background 60s 70s music, its at the end of a lane that makes you think it cant be down here but it is just keep going down to the end of the lane 5 star for everything.

Funnily enough we stayed there just over a year ago. Room and staff were great, but the bar food was pretty rubbish, borderline crap actually, at least for our evening meal. Breakfast was decent.
