Laptop and chromebook problems

Recommended Posts

I have an Acer E14 laptop that came with windows 10, which I think is awful and would prefer windows 7.

Also, office 365 is very slow to open word (about 30 -40 seconds). It has plenty of memory (8gb RAM)

I also have an ASUS CP100 chromebook which, since its recent upgrade should now take Office 365 but my chrome browser won't open it.

Can anyone help?

First, check that Acer actually has Windows 7 drivers on their website for your machine. Have a read of this similar thread.

A compromise might be Classic Shell.

Isn't Office 365 web based?
