Perseid meteor shower tonight

Ah interesting - I think York had one too at one point. It seemed a pretty light shower to me, but again, that could have been the increased light pollution at my observation spot. I live close to an industrial estate - all the units have these huge LED/halide lamps that project a cone into the air, is a pity.
