Piccolinos's- anybody worked there?

The menu says their on site chefs prepare and cook everything but I'm not so sure.. The menu is huge and they'd need a team of 20 chefs if the place was busy. Whats the inside story here really? Is it one step up from a normal chain restaurant?

The food is good though

What makes you think they dont already have a team of 20 chefs working there.

 

There could be dozens of people behind the scenes you cant see from the public area in the restaurant. I would have thought if the food has always been good then you have sort of answered your own question.

The kitchen is open so you can see how many are doing the cooking.

What I want to know is whether they actually mainly heat up ready prepared food like most chains, or whether they really do cook everything from scratch like they suggest they do.
