He must have the initials MB (think he is a local estate agent) but can't obtain MB1 so has had to settle for M 81 respaced to M8 1.  MB 1 has been owned by Max Bygraves and last sold for 170k in 2002. 1 MB sold for 190k in 2015.  I bought 230 JAB about 5 years ago here.
