Stolen Vauxhall Astra - black

Recommended Posts

On Tuesday evening some scumbags stole my son's car from near the Arbourthorne Leisure Centre. It is a black Vauxhall Astra Elite

Reg No. BD57RKK

Please an I ask anyone reading this to look around their local area to see if it has been just dumped. If you do see it please phone on 07904 208738 or call the police on 101 - Crime no 1189 of 10.10.2017

What these low life do not appreciate is that he saved hard for this car and it is his means of getting to oak at unsocial hours.

Any help greatly appreciated

Mum's near there, I'll tell her to keep a look out. Is there any modifictions on it? Tinted windows/specialised exhaust/stickers? There's been some idiots on bikes on there recently. Just last week they were dropping smoke bombs on the road outside the school and only 2 of them had helmets on out of the 6 or 7 there were.

Hope you find the car

Thanks for this. We've not heard anything and will be a week this evening. Has a (new - sickening) towbar but otherwise standard.

So hard as he works unsocial hours and we are having to run him in to work - at 5.00 am some days. And he saved hard to buy the car. Plus he is now worried about how much his insurance will be without no claims discount.

Still hoping it is just parked up somewhere. As they took his keys, we have had to change all the house locks.

Appreciate your involvement.

I've had a drive around the arbourthorne area going to town these past few days but not seen anything. I'll still keep an eye out. Have police checked motor way cameras and petrol stations? Surely if they have been driving it a camera will have picked it up along the way.

Hi

I have also done several drive rounds but t could be stashed up a small cul do sac.

Police have all the info but was reading about how they just change the number plates to avoid the cameras. Still hoping it is not burnt out - when that happened to my daughter's car about 10 years ago, the fire service were called so it was identified.

Thanks again
