Or Hell's Grannies.

There have been reports of the road surface being damaged by souped up zimmer frames and a used OAP bus ticket was found on the road.

QED.

Teenagers perhaps

It's a real shame. For the most part, Nether Edge is a lovely, middle-class area, and on the other side of Abbeydale Road is Meersbrook, another lovely, middle-class area and lots of independent bars, cafes and shops have opened up along Abbeydale Road to cater to these communities. However, it seems certain groups of "teenagers," living predominantly on the few roads straddling Abbeydale road to the Nether Edge side, are ruining the good things going on there. If only something could be done to control these "teenagers." I wish they lived in a different area.

To do that you would have to identify and catch them.

No easy task because these kids are criminal masterminds and although everyone living nearby knows exactly who they, despite years of trying our elite constabulary are no closer to uncovering their identities. It's a complete mystery sergeant!
