HCF2010   10 #1 Posted November 15, 2015 Hi hope this is ok to put here please as I'm not sure which bit to put it on?  We really, really need volunteers to help with certain events on the Farm. We would love to hold more jumble sales as people are very generous and donate lots of lovely things for us to sell to raise money. So much so we have to turn things down.  However the stumbling point is helpers - we have had to cancel a couple due to a lack of standby volunteers when others can't attend or are off ill. This isn't really fair on people who come to support our jumbles and it's not good for us either, and it would be great if we could give our old faithful helpers a breather from having to do them all.  If you'd be willing to help out occasionally on a Saturday (the dates are sent in advance to help you plan) usually from 10am till 3pm, and can help with setting out tables or items, taking money, being on the door, taking fliers to local shops etc and tidying up (which is usually quite fast as there is less at the end!) it would be a big big help.  If you could volunteer for this occasionally or would just like more information or a chat that would be wonderful.
