soad   11 #1 Posted December 9, 2017 Hi I recently turned my water supply off at the mains and ever since i've been getting a vibration from plumbing/boiler,C-H pipework when the C-H is off,i don't think it's anything to do with the C-H because it doesn't vibrate when the C-H is on but when i turn the hot tap on the vibrating stops. Anyone have any idea what it could be and how to sort it,thanks.
 Share this content via...
punkin   10 #2 Posted December 11, 2017 I've had this, I stopped it by turning the supply tap to restrict the flow of water. Try turning it till the sound stops, don't turn it too much or you won't have much pressure in the cold tap.
 Share this content via...
