What is that they are building ?

Been to the dentist today, Charles Cliffords and they have built a building facing. Does anyone know what it is.

Is it part of Jessops or not?

I think its something to do with western park hospital, i cant believe they crammed the new jessops in on what used to be a little car park and a row of houses!!
