What do you think of Purple Bricks Estate agent?

Anyone have any experience of using Purple Bricks estate agent for rental?

Yes, and I would use them again. They did all the viewings, sorted the tenancy agreement out and did all the background checks. They found me a tenant in three days and also did the checking in bit, all for about £500.

That's interesting, verona. Presumably, the "about £500" was what Purple Bricks charged you as the landlord. Do you know what the tenant was charged?

£160 I think.

Why would L's agent be entitled to charge T anything? There's no contract between them, is there?
