Missing in Sheffield

Now I thought this deserved its own thread. A few people have noticed it but we seem to have a spate of people going missing in Sheffield.

 

Here is just some of the missing or former missing people in Sheffield over the past couple of months.

What is happening to this city? Its worrying all these people going missing.

Numbers on the back of a fag packet:

 

275,000 go missing in the UK every year.

91% are closed within 48 hours.

 

Comparing populations of the UK and Sheffield and that remaining 9% you would expect around 4 missing persons per week in Sheffield that are still missing after 48 hours.

 

If 0.6% of all (reported) missing end in a fatality, Sheffield could expect around 14 per year.
