Naive   10 #5 Posted January 22, 2018 Cross Scythes!!  That’s the one at Totley, for the avoidance of doubt. The one claiming to be Sheffield’s number one Gastropub.  The Derbyshire Lane Cross Scythes is fine.
 Share this content via...

sedith   19 #7 Posted January 22, 2018 Bloody shell went to Zing Vaa last month.Thought it had gone downhill.  In the 70's I use to deliver to the Zing Va. Up until then I use to dine in there once a week. After seeing what was going off in there
 Share this content via...
top4718 Â Â 838 #8 Posted January 22, 2018 Most of them look like the type of places you wouldn't choose to eat in if you were starving to death, the Zing Vaa and Cross Scythes are slightly surprising.
 Share this content via...
Andy C Â Â 83 #9 Posted January 22, 2018 Most of them look like the type of places you wouldn't choose to eat in if you were starving to death, the Zing Vaa and Cross Scythes are slightly surprising. Â Something does feel a bit odd about it. I notice that the Cross Scythes one is dated April of last year. If things were that bad they surely wouldn't still be in business.... ENG601PM   10 #10 Posted January 23, 2018 By the way, I hate the click bait type way they make you click through every one individually.  Me too, and because the Star has done it to dishonestly serve up (according to my adblocker) 53 adverts for every page, I'll save everyone the bandwidth of over 600 adverts by giving you the list  Norfolk Arms 8 Penistone Road Grenoside Sheffield S35 8QG Food hygiene rating is '0': Urgent improvement necessary 05 December 2017  Marker Al Khartoum Restaurant 28 Ellesmere Road Sheffield S4 7JB Food hygiene rating is '0': Urgent improvement necessary 28 February 2017  Buttilicious The Terminus Lowedges Road Sheffield S8 7LA Food hygiene rating is '0': Urgent improvement necessary 30 August 2017  Canton King 200 Middlewood Road Sheffield S6 1TD Food hygiene rating is '0': Urgent improvement necessary 03 May 2017  City Spice Takeaway 47 Mansfield Road Sheffield S12 2AG Food hygiene rating is '0': Urgent improvement necessary 13 February 2017  Cross Scythes Baslow Road Sheffield S17 4AE Food hygiene rating is '0': Urgent improvement necessary 03 April 2017  Gringoz Pizza 328 Abbeydale Road Sheffield S7 1FN Food hygiene rating is '0': Urgent improvement necessary 10 April 2017  Myrtle News and Booze 360 Myrtle Road Sheffield S2 3HS Food hygiene rating is '0': Urgent improvement necessary 07 March 2017  Shaz 20-22 Spital Hill Sheffield S4 7LG Food hygiene rating is '0': Urgent improvement necessary 18 October 2017  Spice Junction 718 City Road Sheffield S2 1GJ Food hygiene rating is '0': Urgent improvement necessary 27 March 2017  Zing Vaa 55 The Moor Sheffield S1 4PF Food hygiene rating is '0': Urgent improvement necessary 08 August 2017   Note to Star - we understand why you have ads but multiple click through articles deceive advertisers as well as customers. Bilge   34 #11 Posted January 23, 2018 I'm not surprised by the Zing Vaa. It was horrible the last time I went last year. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned properly for years. Despite noticing this on the way in we gave it the benefit of the doubt (due to its history) and stayed for food. We shouldn't have bothered, it was poor. EmmaJones76 Â Â 10 #12 Posted January 23, 2018 Very unfair the Star posting such a list given some of the dates on those inspections, things may have improved ten fold since then, do these premises have the right of reply?
 Share this content via...
