Steve Cotterill: Birmingham City sack manager after five league defeats in a row.

What a joke Birmingham are they sack a good manager who will almost certainly be in the play offs with Derby.

They're daft enough to ask 'Arry to come back again for another rescue job.

I'm surprised Pardew hasn't gone yet. Mind you with West Brom it would be like changing the captain of the Titanic after it had hit the iceberg. It wouldn't make much difference.

They deserve all they get after they sacked Rowett, he had them going in the right direction, that's the trouble with some of these owners they want instant success.

I was referring to Gary Rowett who is looking as though he will take Derby into the play offs unless something drastic happens.

He was only out of work since January. Not a bad life is it being a football manager, he has ten games to try and secure a play off place.

Last season Southampton fans were saying that Claude Puel (who took them to a Wembley final and eighth place in the PL) was the worst manager they'd ever had.
I wonder if they still think that now, especially with Puel's Leicester in the top half of the table and Saints fourth bottom?

Agreed Harry, the way Southampton are performing they won't be fourth from the bottom much longer.

Stevenage sack manager Darren Sarll after two years in charge.

Well can't say Reading haven't given Jaap Stam a chance but his time has come and he has been sacked today.
That is what the headline to the article says but the actual article says by mutual consent.
