Fit Club at owls in the park tomorrow

Swfc fit club has anyone been, since going there my fitness has improved my blood pressure has gone down (I was on the verge of having to take tablets) and it’s only been 7weeks, if anyone wants to know more about this there is a tent at owls in the park hillsbrouogh tomorrow

Shame really as it’s a great day for everyone,

I only found out through going to the fit club which also is not advertised either,

which is great for learning about food and fitness,

But it is on the Owels web site
