Handsworth WMC another one gone

Another club closed, due to be demolished to make way for flats no doubt, shame really, used to love that place

Working Mens Clubs will soon be deemed to the history books, at one time i always used the clubs including this one,

I used to play football for Handsworth Social Club in the 1960's. Is this the same club? If not, is HSC still operating?

Is this the one knows as Holme Lea club or is Handsworth WMC a different building altogether?

Handsworth Social club, is on Hall Road around the back of Handsworth WMC

Handsworth WMC and Holme Lea are the same

Handsworth Social Club is the"back club" on Hall road and still going strong

The only way to keep all pubs and clubs open is to use them

Remember they are for life not just christmas
