I'm guessing they are. It'd be a good scam to fake the .sheffield.gov.uk e-mail address though.

Hadn't checked out the email address...doh! What I don't get though, is why the Council is trying to help private landlords find tenants, unless it's about getting people on benefits into housing?

OR, more likely, so that SCC themselves do not have to house people who are currently homeless.

Makes sense.
