2012adele28 Â Â 10 #1 Posted February 22, 2012 I have received a letter from the council saying that they are coming to do a transfer inspection, I have been actively bidding but as yet not been offered a property, I'm slightly baffled as it says that I'm on there transfer list for a new property and until ive had this inspection am unable to move, CONFUSED.COM?????
