If they are in The Contract to be saved for re-use in the new work they will come back. If they are in The Contract for disposal they become the property of The Contractor to dispose of as he sees fit.

I think they extending the bus lane that's what I heard

The road is being widened to extend the bus lane, the wall is being relocated further back. Outside of operating hours, the bus lane will serve as parking for the local shops
